Users agree to be bound by this Terms of Use if they are eligible to use the Website/Mobile Application, do business on the mobile app or through any other form of communication, or purchase during the time mentioned above period.
Users are allowed to use the Website/Mobile Application only for legal purposes and those listed in the KNECTT and Google policies. If the policies are broken, strict legal action will be taken against the User by the policies and the law.
KNECTT tries to give Website/Mobile Application users the best prices possible on the products and services they buy or use. But KNECTT doesn't promise that the price will be the lowest in the city, the region, or the world. Costs and availability can vary at any time without notice or any liability on the part of the KNECTT;
KNECTT has a network of vendors and can send orders to any of those vendors to fill.
The prices shown for each item during the promotion will only be valid on the promotion days. They will not be valid before or after the dates of the promotion.
All product deals will be for a limited time and a limited number of items (s). KNECTT can change, extend, update, or pull offers on products at its own will and without telling Users first. In those cases, the Website/Mobile Application will be revised to reflect the changes;
After a coupon code has been used, neither the customer nor KNECTT can get their money back if the order is cancelled.
We don't run promotions that ask users to buy, download, or make other commitments without first giving them all the relevant information and getting their explicit consent. We also don't run promotions that don't show our services in an accurate, realistic, and honest way.
All of the products sold by our sellers on KNECTT Website/Mobile Application are real. All sellers on KNECTT Website/Mobile Application have to sign an agreement to only list and sell genuine products. And sellers decide how much to charge for the things they sell. When you buy something from a seller on KNECTT Website/Mobile Application, we promise that the item will be in good shape. But this guarantee doesn't cover problems with how the product was made.
If banks offer cash back during that time, the User will also be bound by the terms and conditions of that bank or card issuer, in addition to this Terms of Use Policy.
Users' orders can be cancelled at any time by KNECTT for any reason, including, but not limited to, technical problems, lack of stock, or any other reason. The decision of KNECTT to cancel an order is final, and KNECTT is not responsible for any cancellations.
The expected delivery time on the Website/Mobile Application may be different from the usual delivery time;
Even though KNECTT tries to give accurate information about its products, services, and prices, typos and other mistakes may happen. If a product or service is recorded at the wrong price or with wrong information because of a pricing or product or service information error, KNECTT may, at its discretion, either contact the User for instructions or cancel the User's order and let the User know about the cancellation;
KNECTT has the right to change the price of any product or service, except for those made by third parties, at any time and without giving you any notice.
Cancellation by KNECTT: Some orders that KNECTT may not be able to fulfil will have to cancel. KNECTT has the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason without giving the User a reason. The User agrees and promises that this is okay and that he or they will not contest or dispute this. The User's order may or may not be cancelled as per the terms as specified in details under Cancellation & Refund terms.
KNECTT may also need more checks or information before it accepts an order. KNECTT will contact the User if all or part of the order needs to be cancelled or if more information is needed to accept the order. If the order is cancelled after the credit card has been charged, the amount will be put back on the User's credit card account.
Cancellation by the User: The User's order may or may not be cancelled as per the terms as specified in details under Cancellation & Refund terms.
KNECTT has the right to cancel any orders that it decides "Bulk Orders" based on specific criteria. Based on this cancellation policy, KNECTT Reward Points or Promo Codes used to place a "Bulk Order" will not be refunded. "Bulk Order" can be used to describe an order if it meets the following criteria, which may not be all-inclusive:
Products ordered are not for personal use but resale on the market;
The same product is ordered more than once at the same address;
Orders for a lot of the same product;
Invalid address given in order details;
Any wrong doing that was done to place the order.
KNECTT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or take away parts of this document at any time without giving written notice to the User;
Limitation of Liability: KNECTT's liability will never go beyond giving the User a replacement of the same product or an equivalent product of the same value.
The laws of India apply to these terms and conditions, and only the courts in New Delhi (India) can decide on any disputes.
